Contract comprised of erecting 10,000 sq. ft of mezzanine floor
over an existing production area. Along With a 2 hour fire rated Foam Store, new DAF
Leyland Truck Dealership Offices, sales counter and toilet facilities on two floors.
To section off front three bays of existing factory to
form new Preparation bays and Spray Booth complex. Remove existing factory gable end and
replace with Roller Shutter Doors (photographs show before and after). Form extract duct
for Spray Booth, and install all air, gas, water and electrical services required to
operate such an installation. Co-ordinate between the Client, Spray Booth installers and
McDonnell Construction.
For this job we constructed a pool room,
sauna, tiolets, new swimming pool, terrace, decking, hot tub (in timber building) and
re-modelled the garden
